How To Use A Bullet Journal For Health And Wellbeing

Ah, the wonders of my bullet journal! I’m currently using it to help me get healthier as well as to be more productive and organized. If you’re not familiar with it, check out my guide on Getting Started with a Bullet Journal. This month, I’ve been adding new collections and spreads to support my health and fitness goals, and I thought it might be helpful to share them here.

Right now, I track my daily water intake and keep a food diary within my bullet journal. On my daily logs, I list my tasks on the left side of the page, and on the right, I draw empty cups that I color in each time I drink one. I also note down what I’ve eaten. This has significantly improved my water intake since it serves as a constant reminder throughout the day. Plus, knowing I have to write down everything I eat helps me avoid those extra little snacks!
